At Regather, we’re taking steps to reduce the risk of Coronavirus to our staff and customers so that we can continue to deliver food and supplies across Sheffield.

Here are the measures we’ve introduced as of 16/3/2020. We will be reviewing these as the situation develops.

Deliveries: We will continue to deliver our food boxes across Sheffield and have increased our capacity so that we can supply a further 300 homes with produce. We’re also adding additional items to the online shop so our customers can get more of their groceries delivered. Order online at regather.net/box or call us on 0114 2731258.

When we deliver your box, we will leave your box where you’ve asked us to and we’ll post the newsletter through your door. We won’t knock on the door (that’s not because we don’t want to be friendly!). Please contact box@regather.net if you’d like to update your delivery instructions.

Hygiene: We’ve increased the level of preventative measures across Regather.
All staff who can work from home are doing so. Meetings and events at Regather have been cancelled / moved online.
Where home working isn’t possible, staff are limiting close or prolonged contact with one another, keeping 2m distance whenever possible and washing and sanitising hands and surfaces much more than usual.
Our staff have been told to self-isolate if they have been in contact with a known case of COVID19 or if they are displaying symptoms.

Collection points: The Regather collection point will be open, with changes. Come to the door, we’ll collect your veg box and bring it to you, so you don’t need to come into our food packing space. If you would like to change to delivery, please contact us at box@regather.net

Union St collection point is closed and we’ll be in touch with you to work out if you’d like home delivery or collection from Regather. If you would like to change to delivery, please contact us at box@regather.net

The University of Sheffield collection point is closed. We should have already been in contact with you about changing to delivery.

Our veg box scheme supports lots of small, local businesses within our community, who are particularly affected by this situation. Your support is contributing to keeping these businesses going, and Regather. We really value this. Thank-you.
